good friends and first owners, Tom Jacobs and Vilis Inde, decided to build on another property,
Dee and Wayne were delighted to continue the Terlingua Retreat tradition.. The Retreat is
unchanged and the builder, Daryl Eby. He and his wife, Janet, continue to help visitors at the Retreat and are glad to
show them land in the area if they are interested.
Dee, who is
originally from England, lived in Botswana for many years with the Bangwato.
She
finds the Retreat reminiscent of her life on the edge of the Kalahari.
